1. Who you're dealing with

These Terms govern your use of Humanless, a software product line owned and operated by 360 Elevate ("360 Elevate", "we", "us", "our"), with a registered place of business at 9th Floor, Plot No. 24/1-2, Mirpur Road, Shyamoli, Dhaka-1207, Bangladesh. "Humanless" is a brand and product line of 360 Elevate, not a separate legal entity. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

2. The products

360 Elevate currently offers two Humanless products:

• Humanless Video — automated Amazon Top-10 affiliate video creation, producing finished, ready-to-publish 9:16 videos from a given product category.
• Humanless Outreach — automated discovery and outreach for guest-post opportunities, surfacing qualified opportunities for you to review and act on.

Each product's plan limits, included usage, and features are described on the Pricing page and the relevant product page, both of which form part of these Terms.

3. What we do and do not guarantee

Humanless automates research, generation and outreach workflows. We do not guarantee outcomes that depend on third parties we don't control — for example, we do not guarantee that any publisher will accept, publish, or keep live a guest post, or that any video will achieve a particular number of views or sales. A "qualified opportunity" under Humanless Outreach means a prospect with a relevant, contactable website where outreach was sent, a follow-up was completed, and a positive or interested reply was received — not a guaranteed placement.

4. Accounts & acceptable use

• You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity on your account.
• You may not use Humanless to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive outreach, or to generate content that infringes others' rights or violates Amazon's or any third-party platform's terms.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or use the product for unlawful purposes.

5. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, as selected at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. One-time credit packs are billed once at purchase. 360 Elevate is the merchant of record for all purchases; your statement may show 360 Elevate or our payment processor's name.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

You own the output generated for your account (videos, outreach content) subject to full payment of applicable fees. 360 Elevate retains all rights to the Humanless software, website, and underlying technology.

8. Limitation of liability

Humanless is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, 360 Elevate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost revenue from affiliate or outreach activity.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
